AIX下SQLPLUS启动不了报0509-036

小弟是AIX和ORACLE菜鸟。数据库安装完后试过都好的，在安装了2个驱动后，过了一段时间再登录发现sqlplus或lsnctl等oracle的程序运行不了。报以下错误
0509-036 cannot load program sqlplus  because of the following errors:
0509-130 symbol resolution failed for /usr/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/db_1/lib/libons.so because:
