报错信息：

dbvis是个客户端软件吧？看两个东西：
1、dbvis连接数据库是怎么连的？
2、数据库服务器上的lsnrctl status命令的输出。

从楼主提供的信息看，应该是dbvis连接数据库用的连接信息里的SID 错了。
