oracle连接错误

使用sqldeveloper用jdbc方式可以连接数据，但使用PLSQL Developer连接数据库报错。
1.本机配置应该没有问题，可以正常连接其他服务器数据库；
2.使用PLSQL Developer连接时报ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel。。
2.后台sqlnet.log报错如下
