从数据库alert中发现如下错误：

       0  elapsed seconds in trace file.数据库版本为11.2.0.1.0，安装在Windows2008 server上。经过排查，ora-03137属于oracle内部错误，但是因没有metalink账号，所以没有解决，但是目前发现数据库实例会突然关闭，但是alert中没有任何异常信息，大家帮忙看下，会不会是这个bug导致的？数据库内部错误ora-03137
