    在oracle/product/10.2.0.1.0/Db_1/bjuteoldb_orcleol/下创建log目录试试看

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/ENUM/ROOT/Legacy_ORACLECONSOLE****的干掉，然后再recreate emctl 看看？

    重新配置dbconsole的步骤1. restart server;2. unlock account sysman
    sql>alter user sysman account unlock;3. delete the setting
    emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop4. rebuild the setting 
    emca -config dbcontrol db -repos createCheck the log file during the rebuild: C:\oracle\cfgtoollogs\emca\<sid>
