Io异常:TheNetworkAdaptercouldnotestablishtheconnection

在 VMware虚拟机 xp系统 安装了 oracle11g 用其sqldeveloper 建立连接出错  Io异常:The Network Adapter could not establish the connection 。虚拟机上网正常，在官网下载了最新的jdbc driver覆盖的原来的 ，监听程序正常。用sqlplus  登陆 scott/tiger  可以正常登陆。但用 sql developer  设置role  default ; connection type Basic  ; Hostname localhsot ;port 1521;SID  orcl  ;出错 Io异常:The Network Adapter could not establish the connection Hostname  换成ip 地址也不行  ，用service name 登陆也不行 。但使用  Connection type TNS；
Network Alias  orcl  登陆就可以连上。本人 小菜鸟   求大神 解答啊 oracle11gnetworksqldeveloper  iovmware
