Oracle Net Services 配置失败。退出代码是-1请高手指点，解决方法最好能说的具体点，本人是个新手，谢谢！

问题补充：本人是win7的系统，我进入安装目录C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin，直接执行launch.exe还是无法启动。

check your privelidge on the OS. It seems to be you've got no authority to read the file unter D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\cfgtoollogs\netca\ when the access is denied
