求问OBIEE主页登陆不上的问题

第一次安装是可以打开http://localhost:7001/analytics的，但是后来重新启动以后就不行了，总是提醒

不知道是怎么回事，http://localhost:7001/console和http://localhost:7001/em都是可以登上的。。其实感觉是不是电脑更新（win7）以后jdk的版本不一样了，但是该怎么改呢？又或者其实不是这个原因？求教导OTZ
