oracle连接

Question

 我在用PL/SQL连接其他数据库  配置文件没有任何错误   为什么总是报连接超时？我是使用Net Manager 做的配置。

我现在就是用SYS这个用户进的，system也不行

确定了防火墙（iptables）、listener.ora、tnsnames.ora都是可用的前提下，
可能的问题便是你的网络不稳定了
