使用expdp导出时ORA-29701: 无法连接到簇管理器，请高手指点


1.环境 windows2003 server 64  双机RAC 
       oracle  10.2.0 2.事件如下：使用expdp导出模式下所有对象和数据出现错误。
            2台服务器重启之后可以执行导出命令时，可以正常导出数据，但是运行了一天左右再次执行导出命令就会出错。3.错误提示如下（有2种提示）

ORA-29701: 无法连接到簇管理器
