请教xmltype字段查询效率问题

Question

我在xmltype的字段上建了ctxxpath索引，但是为什么existsnode没有作用呢，
语句如下：
SQL>  select id from xmltest where existsnode(xmlvalue,'/试验/热导率/热扩散率/试件/方向/温度/性能值')=1;
xmlvalue上建的索引，
还有没有其他方法建索引可以提高查询效率呢
xmlvalue中的结构不是固定结构。
