oracle10g的网上管理功能 如何安装

在centos5.3 下 安装了 oracle10g,安装完后，提示： http://yonghuming:5560:/islqplus,但进去后，输入用户名、密码、数据库名后，不动了。后来运行 emctl start dbconsole ，不成功。
不知是否要安装 OEM Grid Control？ 
还是要安装 GridControl_10.1.0.1.0_Linux_1of3.zip，
           GridControl_10.1.0.1.0_Linux_1of3.zip，
           GridControl_10.1.0.1.0_Linux_1of3.zip
