Oracle11G初体验小问题！

系统：Server 2008 R2---Oracle 11G R2安装时提示有个什么配置助手未成功安装，不影响使用！
并且菜单里的SQLDEVELOPER.BAT找不到，另外现在我安装PL/SQL Developer8出现些问题：···
安装时提示--->Warning:Some Oracle Net versions cannot from a path with parentheses!
         This is due to Oracle Bug 3807408.Please ensure that your Oracle Net Versions dose not suffer from this bug,or install in a different directory!
继续安装。完成后启动，选择SYSDBA角色的下拉列表框无数据！直接确定后，弹出一个对话框:
---->Initialization error
     不能初始化，并且报C:Oracle11g\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\oci.dll请确认你有32bit的Oracle Client被安装!
    OracleHomeKey:OracleHomeDir：C:Oracle11g\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1；Found:oci.dll.使用他return 0!!!
英文认识，但是不知道怎么解决！图片不能传！

使用 PL/SQL Developer8想要安装客户端，，你安装了？11G都有EM了，直接用EM试试

oci.dll找不到，貌似是64bit的Oracle 11g的Bug，你可能安装的是Oracle 11个64bit服务器版本，再装个32bit的client试试看

我重装了一下不能启动sqldeveloper啊，弹框让我给java.exe的路径，我给他他又弹错！
