Fedora下oracle 11g r2监听器无法启动的问题

在Fedora下安装了oracle 11g r2 ，安装过程顺利，没有报错。但是，安装好后，启动监听的时候就报错代码：
su oracle
cd /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_2/bin
./lsnrctl start然后就是报错，错误信息如下：

大家有遇到过这个问题的吗？怎么解决阿？
