请问如何强制刷新php页面，不要让它用cache的data？

我有试过下面的代码，好像是不管用<?php
header("Expires:-1");
header("Cache-Control:no-cache");
header("Pragma:no-cache");
?>在页面上按f5来刷倒是可以．　但我也不知道怎么去实现它．　　请大家指点一下，　谢谢了．
