另外 fpassthru($fp); 改成循环逐块输出对内存的压力要小些

我这网站是找的设计公司，对方说是服务器配置问题，可是我一直未找到服务器的原因，所以就找源代码查看。我对php不懂，只是大致能了解段代码的意思，也不是很确定。也就是说这段代码在下载大文件的时候是有问题的对吧？

iis 中提示：PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted  云服务器，自行配置但是在linux apache 中就不会有此类问题，脚本大小设置 是默认128M ，注：虚拟主机配置不知道服务器那里配置不对？
