确定加入的dll版本是否有误。
phpinfo()查看sqlstr扩展是否开启，确定sqlserver开启远程连接。

错误信息已经明确的告诉你了：需要安装 SQL Server 2008 客户端 或 SQL Server 2008 ODBC
你配置的只是 sqlsrv 的 php 扩展，而要使这个扩展工作起来还需要相应的客户端或ODBC才行
