$attachment_type 的值怎么定义呢，我要发送的附件是EXCEL、.log、.txt？

如果是ｅｘｃｅｌ像这样，根据你的描述，估计是因为你的ｆｉｌｅｎａｍｅ没有编码，所以客户端显示不出来。
还有可以检查是不是少了空行。
