yes , Usally ,the "cgi-bin" under the root folder. but , it is a "Execute" directory,not a "Read" directory. and the Web Server can not list the file.so web Server say that! do you understand?
Just like what I have thought. But another question,even though I put the submit page in the cgi-bin folder, I cann't access the page either. Does any special configration need to be set to the cgi-bin folder in web server configrations?
