#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

我在使用phpMyAdmin管理mysql时出现下面提示.头都大了.请求帮助. 
在dos下连接是正常的,而且config.inc.php文件中的密码我也改了,就是网页中不行.本人的系统是2003的,所有的配置文件都改了,在网上找了很多,试了,都不行,真不知道哪出错欢迎使用 phpMyAdminProbably reason of this is that you did not create configuration file. You might want to use setup script to create one.错误

明显就是没有配置文件嘛！错误信息是root要求密码验证，你没有输入密码，所以拒绝

最好的办法就是重新安装配置MYSQL和PHPMYADMIN
