file_get_contents访问https的report service报failed to open stream: operation failed
公司自己建立的report service服务器，同时有开放http和https的访问，用php的代码访问https时在file_get_contents处就返回了false，导致读不到网页的内容(用http的网址访问是可以正常访问的)，在网上查了很多，说要开php.ini的extension=php_openssl.dll和allow_url_fopen = On项都开了。仍是有問題，不知道是否与SSL有关。请各路大神帮忙看看，是否有遇到类似的问题。
