Ubuntu下启动apache服务器的问题

我在ubuntu上启动apache server ，步骤如下：sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart出现如下错误信息：/etc/apache2/envvars: 1: c#: not found
 * Starting web server apache2                                                  
/etc/apache2/envvars: 1: c#: not found
Syntax error on line 5 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/alias:
AllowOverride not allowed here打开alias文件，内容如下：Alias /URL-path /location_of_folder/
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
order allow,deny
Allow from all实在不知道什么问题，请各位大侠指点，另外有什么学习php的好书，推荐下 谢谢！

改成这样：Alias /URL-path /location_of_folder/
<Directory /URL-path>
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

Options Indexs FollowSymLinks必须是对具体的目录进行设置
也就说必须在<Directory>中
