php什么方法可以向localhost的一个端口发送请求啊？http_post_fields提示了错误，麻烦各位帮忙~

我是这么用的http_post_fields("https://127.0.0.1:1027/system/login.php，$request_array);提示错误为：
2:http_post_fields() [<a href='function.http-post-fields'>function.http-post-fields</a>]: SSL connect error; error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol (https://127.0.0.1:1027/)最近经常被这个问题困扰，有没有什么办法啊……？
