date("h:i:s")输出的是系统的当前时间吗?
为什么执行后和系统里的时间不一样啊?

你用的php5把，如果php.ini中没有设置就是GMT时间，当然和北京时间差了8小时，你可以在程序中用date_default_timezone_set()设置date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Shanghai');
