接到用户输入的URL,再做定向访问,你就是代理了

现在知道他这个站点是怎么实现的了，但是不知道是怎么把例如网址：www.google.com 编码成：aHR0cDovL3d3dy5nb29nbGUuY29t  ，大家谁知道是使用甚么方式加密的？

You open a socket port as 8080, listen the port, use HTTP to analyse the post data, get the purpose url from the http request, then rewrite the server and port as the purpose url, and then redirect the http request. This is just my idea of proxy.
