关于php的url路径问题

碰到一个url为http://localhost:84/oo/index.php/index/index的路径，这个路径中/index/index还是指php文件？这个路径下的html代码应该在什么位置？

/index/index 是 PATH_INFO 格式的参数html代码 在路径中不存在，由程序决定（可以是任何地方）
