shindig 404错误

最近在研究SNS社交网络 根据网上的教程用PHP做了一遍（http://www.chabotc.com/guides/shindig_install/） 可是做完之后访问http://shindig/index.php时出现404错误 找不到网页 我看Apache的error.log文件也没报错

如果要是不访问index.php的话 直接访问 （http://shindig/）可以显示shindig目录 但是就是访问不到index.php 
还有就是按教程里用SVN check out shindig的时候这个路径（http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/shindig/trunk/）无效了 然后我就从shindig网站上单独下了一个 不知道会不会是这个出问题了 
最有一点就是我网上搜了好多资料说是可能是Apache的rewrite功能没有打开造成的 可是我把httpd.conf文件里的LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so放开后没有效果仍然报404错误 不知道是不是rewrite配置的不对 rewrite在windows下配置的文章很少 希望懂的人给指点下
