带参数的模糊查询

已经添加了参数commandText 为 select * from xxx where name like ? ,这是ado的参数使用,如何实现模糊查询呢?一定要使用参数,因为条件表达式中的字符串有单引号: where name like ' teacher's ' 这样的语句不被sql接受请问如何带参数实现模糊查询??????????????????????????谢谢!

即
where name like 'teacher''s'
