求助：加不上控件

我想加一个控制程序作为控件，但是当我从部件里面加入那个控件后，把那个控件加到面板上就是加不了，提示我：
license information for this component not found. you do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design envoiroment.不知道怎么回事，请高手们指点一下，先谢过了
