调用IE，浏览网页找不到服务器的问题

Question

在调用IE后，打开正常网页时是没问题的
但是碰到该网页不可用的时候，提示就会是“找不到服务器”或“取消操作”
现在的问题就是，怎么才可以不让他显示“找不到服务器”或“取消操作”，或者用别的内容替换掉？
