You need to create a message rules in OE with where the From line contains  (desired 
message) and an action of Forward it to (new e-mail address). Set OE in Tools, Options, General to check for new messages every 30 minutes or so.  If you have a dial-up line, you'll also need to have OE dial in the Connection settings for the account. 
If your Norton anti-spam is not letting the desired message make it to the OE Inbox, then you'll need to adjust Norton to leave the desired message alone.
