发VB系统操作源码，高手来看看。

发的人说这个代码能实现机子从待机中恢复，本人对VB并不太熟悉，手上也没装这个软件，那位高手帮忙弄成VB源文件编译一下，是否真有这个功能？最好能把源文件发回我看看。
