rs.find()出现的问题

SQL数据库表中W11的字长是50,但实际数据的字长没有50
我用这样的语句查不到数据
    If rstclassroom.Fields("w11") = "a" Then
        chk11.Value = 1
    Else
       chk11.Value = 0
    End If请问要怎么改?

'添加Trim，去除空格
    If Trim(rstclassroom.Fields("w11")) = "a" Then
        chk11.Value = 1
    Else
       chk11.Value = 0
    End If

用 Trim 可以去掉空格的
