请教VB查找语句的写法？

ado的查找语句如果是一个变量时是这样写：Adodc1.Recordset.Find "bglb='Ⅱ'", 0, adSearchForward，如果有两个，该怎样写？如SQL语句如下：
select from table1 where a1='1' or a2='2'

记得 Find 中不能用 Or，只能用 Filter 实现
