我用vb写的程序在其他机子上运行有错误，请帮忙解决？

错误提示如下：
Component "TABCTL32.OCX" or one of it's dependencies not corrected regedited:a file is missing or invalid.
什么意思，怎么解决。
注：我已把TABCTL32.OCX文件复制到程序统一目录下。
