我用的API操作FTP的时候，打开Interenet正常 ，为什么连接不上呢，用户名正确，密码正确，端口是21，服务是1，IP地址也正确。
API函数声明如下：

为什么temp的值是0，就是连不上主机呀，返回信息也没有，请各位指点一下。谢谢了

wininet??这东西在vb中没有过
不过,在vc中很好用
