安装过程中提示注册不上msado25.tlb,怎么办?

我用installshield express做的安装盘,安装到最后提示the following file(s) failed to self register:c;\winnt\system32\msado25.tlb,如何解决这个问题?

    Which Project Reference is causing that dependency?  If you have
    'Microsoft
    Active-X Data Objects as a project reference, I don't believe that
    msado25.tlb is a dependency.  Check in your project references and see
    which
    version of Microsoft Active-x Data Objects you are using.

    原因是在win98下默认的msado21.tlb，而在win2000下默认的msado25.tlb，二者用vb6做安装程序时找包的文件不一样，win98下有mdac_typ.exe文件，而wn2000下没有此文件!
