winxp下运行的问题

安装正常也打包了并安装了mdc-ty.exe (V2.7)
运行软件时出现以下错误：[adodc]:unknown error.[ado]:按确定后，出现以下提示:run-time error '-21470...'
automation error
the specified procedure could not be found按确定后程序退回桌面还有，不知有没有办法卸掉己安装的mdc_ty.exe?
