days=计算当前年输入月与下月间隔多少天,这里的DATEDIFF函数是计算2个间隔日期的数目,函数参数,字符串"d"表示计算"日"...对这个函数的使用方法可以在MSDN里找到
lastday=当年输入月的最后一天
