如何测量某个网址或ip是否可以连接，以及连接速度

一般在dos下直接利用ping命令可以实现，但是有时可能某些网站不能相应ping，但是一样可以连同，如何正确判断网络的连接，以及如何测量连接速度，希望高手指导

ping 可以检测啊,不通只是显示TIME OUT嘛,如果根本没连接上网,会是另外一种提示,连接速度,试试pathping吧.
