请问 ：怎样把jpg格式图片放到.res中?

.res中装载图片只有bmp格式,而jpg格式增么办？我试过自定义，仍然不行。

The question is: how to save the gif file into .res file?I use the Import function to get the GIF file in.  Use a Resource Type of "GIF".  ID will be auto generated.Not sure the Chinese literal for Import.  I am using the English Visual Studio.  My guess is "引入" or "导入".
