VB的[可插入对象]有一个“Microsoft Excel工作表”,怎么来用它？

能否介绍一下对它的用法，我想用它来代替Msflexgrid表格，来输入数据，然后保存成XLS文件，和向MDB中写数据，和打印预览，或者用它来制作打印套版。
怎么速度不快，不双击它就看不见。
