程序运行中遇到的问题-小妹

Understanding the locals has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.这是怎麽会事呢？程序运正常，只是在退出时报错。 我猜想是程序中调用的冬冬没有关闭，是不是这样呢？不知大家有何高见？

今天晚上我遇到了好几回了，不过我的是中文版。这个问题好像只在winxp下才会这样提示，我的错误产生的原因：
1.sendmessage的时候传错了值，用了两个byval 0&，就完蛋了。
2.进程调试。
3.其他API函数的错误使用。
4.未知错误。
