感谢nik_Amis(Azrael) 的代码，不过你的方法并不能达到我的要求，我的要求是当分辨率改变时，刷新频率也要改变，改变到用户机器的最佳刷新频率；当程序退出时，要还原到用户原来设定的刷新频率。
