VB5.0 has setup wizard,vb60 has package and deploy in addins. You can also use installshield or other install tools,only if you add some dll files which is neccsary to your program.You can see msdn to find what dlls you must include.Use VB run keys to find bye keyword in msdn,then you will get it. In genral,Comcat.dll,Msvbvm60.dll,Oleaut32.dll,Olepro32.dll is needes.
installshield不是针对delphi的，用它作vb的安装程序也非常方便，还带向导呢,我用的是installshield 5.5 professional edition.
