    The Universal Naming Convention (UNC) name of the remote server on which the event log is to be opened. If this parameter is NULL, the local computer is used.\\1.1.1.1
    这种方式试试呢

    可能是域安全策略禁止这样做，你可以用GetLastError看看函数返回的错误是什么。
    可能要先建立IPC连接？
