模态对话框直接关闭出现错误

在单文档中通过菜单点击显示对话框，对话框用来导入数据库，添加删除等，对话框导入数据后关闭没有错误，但是打开对话框不操作直接关闭对话框就会出现错误:This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way,please contact the application's support team for more information.
