Char控件问题

按照要求 
1、分别下载
（1）dotnetfx35setup.exe
（2）MSChart_VisualStudioAddOn.exe
（3）MSChartLP_chs.exe
（4）MSChart.exe
2.分别安装
（1）dotnetfx35setup.exe
（2）MSChart_VisualStudioAddOn.exe
（3）MSChartLP_chs.exe
（4）MSChart.exe安装好了控件，但在vc2008新建项目里看不到 Char控件。请问为什么啊
