学习《EVC高级编程及其应用开发》中，关于进程那一章的问题

我在尝试编译连接“进程列举并管理”实例时，出现错误
        LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'toolhelp.lib'但是我已经按照书中   在Project Settings-->Link-->Object/library modules 下面添加：toolhelp.lib
                     也在StdAfx.h文件,添加头文件,#include <tlhelp32.h>  本人是初学者，希望大虾们指点，尽量说详细点，谢谢！

这个问题解决了，我在Project Settings-->Link-->Object/library modules 中改为
C:\WINCE500\PUBLIC\COMMON\OAK\LIB\X86\RETAIL\toolhelp.lib
可以通过连接，但是又产生新问题：
    点击刷新时，弹出对话框“Toolhelp.dll加载失败”，为什么会出现失败？
