stdafx的问题

请问一下：
    程序本来写的好好的，一编译，就忽然有问题，指到 #include "stdafx.h"的问题。
    fatal error C1853: 'Debug/test.pch' is not a precompiled header file created with this compiler怎么办啊？谢谢

点build也不好用。一样的错误提示啊。

用MFC生成一个工程时，我都得先build一下，然后再写代码什么的。否则就要可能出现stdafx.h
的问题，说找不到什么的。
